Raschid studies information management, integration and performance as they relate to applications in the life sciences, health information systems, social media, financial cyber infrastructure, humanitarian IT applications and grid computing. She uses a variety of methodologies such as optimization, modeling and prediction, large-scale simulation using trace data, graph analysis, semantics and logic based reasoning.
