Research Interests: 

Froehlich's research intersects at the crossroads of behavioral science, public health, and human-computer interaction. It involves personal health sensing and activity monitoring, elder-care/aging in place applications and persuasive technology. UMB collaborations could include using technology to support, encourage, inform–and potentially persuade–particular healthy behaviors like exercise, nutrition and smoking cessation.
